Sidahidak is a digital appointment marketplace that connects patients with verified private doctors and clinics in Imphal, Manipur. We act solely as a facilitator of appointment requests. Specifically: - We are not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider - We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind - We do not employ the doctors or clinics listed on our platform - Medical decisions and outcomes are entirely the responsibility of the treating doctor or clinic Using Sidahidak does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Sidahidak.

Submitting an appointment request through Sidahidak does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. Confirmation depends on the availability of the relevant doctor or clinic at the time of your request. Appointment details shared by you may be forwarded to the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or electronically through our platform. Sidahidak will communicate confirmation to you once received from the clinic. You are responsible for attending your confirmed appointment at the specified time. Repeated no-shows may result in your access to the service being restricted.

By using Sidahidak, you agree to: - Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when requesting an appointment - Use the service only for lawful purposes - Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to manipulate the platform or its operations - Not submit appointment requests on behalf of others without their consent Sidahidak reserves the right to refuse service to users who provide false information or engage in abusive behavior toward our team, doctors, or clinics.

Sidahidak does not provide any medical advice. Content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified doctor regarding any medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this website. Sidahidak shall not be responsible for: - Medical outcomes of any consultation booked through our platform - The quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of care provided by any doctor or clinic - Any advice, prescription, or treatment decision made by a doctor

Booking appointments through Sidahidak is completely free for patients. We do not charge patients any booking fee, service fee, or platform fee. Sidahidak earns a commission from doctors and clinics on confirmed appointments only. This commission is between Sidahidak and the doctor or clinic and does not affect what you pay for your consultation. Consultation fees are set by the individual doctor or clinic and are payable directly to them at the time of your visit. Sidahidak has no role in determining, collecting, or refunding consultation fees.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please inform us via WhatsApp as early as possible so we can notify the clinic and free the slot for other patients. Cancellation and rescheduling policies for confirmed appointments are subject to the individual clinic's policies. Sidahidak is not responsible for any fees charged by clinics for late cancellations. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or unavailability caused by the clinic or doctor due to circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Sidahidak shall not be liable for: - Missed, delayed, or cancelled appointments - Any loss or damage arising from service interruptions or technical issues - Errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user - Any actions, decisions, or omissions by doctors or clinics - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service Sidahidak's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Sidahidak, which in most cases is zero.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, design, branding, logo, and specialty page content, is the intellectual property of Sidahidak. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Sidahidak.

Sidahidak uses third party services to operate, including WhatsApp (Meta), Google Analytics, Firebase, and Vercel. Your use of these services through Sidahidak is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Sidahidak is not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of any third party service.
